Clinton campaign lays out plan to dictate news media coverage and timing re: Clinton email controversy

Based on this email, it’s fair to say the Clinton campaign seems to believe it can use AP and/or TV including MSNBC/NBC to advance its narratives, and can even dictate percentages of what a news story must cover and the timing of its release.
