The botched U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan has a far-reaching impact. Some experts say it's fostering in a new axis of state-sponsored terrorism made up of Afghanistan's Taliban rulers and Islamic extremists in Iran and Pakistan.
That's creating new threats for their prime target, Israel, and impacting America's strategic position in the Mideast.
