To little surprise, the number of illegal border crossings in January, beginning the fourth year of the Biden administration, continued to break historic records.
That’s according to NewsNation.
According to the news outlet, as quoted in Border Report, federal border agents encountered 176,284 illegal border crossers in January. That’s up from last January’s already-historic number of 157,358.
So far this fiscal year, beginning October 1, 2023, border authorities report encountering 961,716 illegal immigrants.
The House of Representatives is moving to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas over the crisis, but many say the Democrat-controlled Senate would be unlikely to convict him. President Biden and Mayorkas have insisted for three years that the border is secure, and that any problems are former President Trump’s fault.

I have admired your reporting for many years. From what I can tell from my limited view, you are rare breed of honesty, tenacity and the ability to separate fact from fiction. Please keep up the excellent hard daily grind to keep citizens informed. Most of all thank you. I will try my best to send a donation to a journalist – you will be my first. All the best.
She’s also very sexy, @MH, but she has a black belt in taekwondo, so you never know how things will end if you talk dirty to her live (preferably anonymous and hidden behind vpn on the Internet).
